• Hoists are manufactured as per IS:3938
• As per indian standard classified class II medium duty and class IV continuous duty.
• Squirrel cage induction motor as per IS 325 standard incorporated in our hoist. motors are totally enclosed with high starting torque, specially designed for hoist duty application.
• Rope drum is made of sturdy semless pipe or fabricated from steel plates and is grooved to take the full lift without over winding.
• Special rope guide with pressure ring provided as standard feature.
• Wire rope 6x37 construction special plough hemp core flexible steel wire rope, having factor of safety 6 in classII duty. FMC also available.
• Disc shoe type spring loaded brakes are privided for heavy duty operation.
• Trolleys are designed to suit either standerd rolled steel joist or box girded. the trolley frames is rigidly bolted with hoist frame through seroes of holes. this also ensures proper adjustments of flangs width. C.T wheels are provided with Ball bearing and mounted on E.N.8 steel axles. hand geared and push pull trolley also available.
• Hoist gears are made up of alloy steel hobbed teeth helical spur gears with solid pinions running on ball/roller bearing with oil splash lubrication.

• Electromagnetic DC fail-safe brake positively arrestes the load when the hoist is stopped or in the event of power failure,
• All gears are alloy steel, high precision cut, mounted on antifrication ball bearing and in oil bath.
• Over load friction clutch acts as emergency limit stop for the highest and lowest hook position and protects against overloads.
• Standard hoist 3 meter lift and equipped with suitable chain collector, control panel and pendent station. higher lift will be provided at an extra cost.
